Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8.30 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. in the Conservatory. Of course, if you would like an earlier start then please do advise us before retiring for bed. We will also cater for any special dietary needs - we will ask when taking your booking.
Breakfast Menu
- Fruit juices
- Cereals & muesli
- Seasonal fresh fruit
- Natural & fruit yogurts
- Traditionally made Scottish Porridge
- (Why not add a topping of Scottish honey and berries?)
- Locally produced bacon, pork sausages (original or stuffed with black pudding or haggis), black pudding, grilled tomato, sauteed mushrooms
- Fried, scrambled, boiled or poached eggs
- (Please ask if you wish 1 or 2 eggs)
- Scottish cheese & chive drop scones
with tomato chutney
- Toast or warm croissants
- Selection of preserves
- Tea or freshly brewed filter coffee
- (Decaffeinated available upon request)
- We try and use local and Fair Trade produce as much as possible
