We offer 2 twin rooms (with anti-allergic bedding) which have been thoughtfully
decorated and furnished. Each room has it's own flat screen digital t.v/dvd, hairdryer,
clock/radio, luggage rack, individual thermostatically controlled radiator, tea/coffee/hot
chocolate/biscuits etc and 'welcome tray' together with fresh milk.
Wifi is freely available as are DVDs, board games, local newspapers, (Scottish dailies upon request), and local tourist information and maps to enable you to discover the wonders of the Kingdom of Fife. Packed lunches(nominal charge), flasks filled, bicycle and golf club locked storage. Drying and ironing facilities - in fact if we can help with anything please do ask not hesitate to ask.

Upon your arrival why not relax with afternoon tea and home made cakes or shortbread in the comfy Conservatory overlooking our garden to unwind after your journey. This is also where your breakfast will be served and we are very happy for you to use this room during your stay. On warmer days you could even have your tea or breakfast sitting in the garden.
Sorry - no children under 7 and no pets due to Lucy, our 4 year old Golden Retriever.
